We want to ensure that our customers always get the best quality products and so we conduct an additional quality control at every step.
Sometimes our boxes get damaged in transport and thus can't be sold.
That said, we are very environmentally minded here at Puzzle HQ and don't want to waste anything. That's why we thought we would offer the jigsaw puzzles (which are still in perfect condition) that have damaged boxes at a reduced price.
This way nothing is wasted and the puzzles still get to be enjoyed!
